Event Description

Organized by "Oklahomans for Health Care Reform" a group of concerned, mainstream citizens who support health insurance reform, as opposed to the status quo defended by Senator Coburn.

The group's mission: "We want to make affordable and guaranteed health care accessible to every American."

An unfunded grassroots organization, unaffiliated with any health industry lobby group. Members of T-Town DFA, TPF and other groups are also expected to be in attendance.

Ann Kent, protest coordinator, writes: "Please meet at 8:00 A.M. There will be a crowd since the building has a 300 seat capacity. Coburn's Town Hall Meeting begins at 9 A.M. at the Broken Arrow Community Playhouse which is attached to the BA Seniors building on 1800 So. Main in B.A. There is a blue awning on the whole building. It is located on the west side of Main Street between 81st Street(Houston) and 91st Street (Washington). The parking lot is in the back of the building. There will be looped blue ribbons. Please wear one so you can be ID'ed as one of us."
