Event Description

Entrance is free, and we encourage youth to attend (ages 9 and up). The schedule for the display and associated talks:

Saturday, August 4th from 1:00PM to 3:00PM
Sunday, August 5th from 1:00PM to 4:00PM (after Humanist Sunday Services)
Monday, August 6th starting at 7:00PM
Thursday, August 9th , starting at 7:00PM

with a 1/2 lecture on the meaning of atomic warfare by Dr. Jeremy Kuzmarov (lecture on 3 dates, Sunday 1pm, Monday 7pm, and Thursday 7pm).

The Unitarian Universalist Church of the Restoration is located at 1314 N. Greenwood Ave, at the corner of Oklahoma Street, in Tulsa (just south of Pine St.). TPF is a non-denominational civic society, loosely affiliated with this church, which graciously provides us with office space and the use of their sanctuary.

"At this time in U.S. history many are forgetting the horror of nuclear weapons, and some are even suggesting our country develop new nuclear weapons. Some of the images are disturbing, but that is the reality of nuclear weapons."
