Oleksandra Matviishuk details some of the atrocities committed against Ukrainians by invading Russian troops.
As the Ukrainian army rolls back the invasion, the former occupied lands reveal mass graves and evidence of torture at the hands of Russian occupying forces. As a human rights lawyer, she's dismayed to see that Russians have never been punished for their various crimes, in various countries, since at least 2014. Peace cannot prevail with such impunity.
Reporter Nick Schifrin says he saw torture chambers used by Russians in now liberated Kharkiv.
