OKC Vigil Today Friday 17th Sept Dedicated to Pfc Bradley Manning, Wikileaks Whistleblower

Rena writes from OKC:

Our regular Third Friday "No More for War" demo this month is
dedicated to support for Bradley Manning, the young GI who is accused
of leaking documents to Wikileaks exposing war crimes. He is in
solitary confinement in Quantico. He is originally from Oklahoma, so
we feel a special need to show our solidarity.

Friday, September 17 · 5:00pm - 6:00pm
SE Corner of S. Western and 59th St., OKC
Oklahoma City, OK

There are nationwide actions taking place from Sept 16-18, so this
event is part of that. Please join us if you can and pass on this
message to those who might join us.

For more info on Manning, see bradleymanning.org and couragetoresist.org

At 6pm, participants are invited to join others at Cocina de Mino
(restaurant in shopping center on that corner) for a meal (at own
expense).
