David Rovics "Troubadour: A People’s History in Song," on tour in Oklahoma

David Rovics will be performing next Saturday, November 20th at 7pm, at A Third Place Community Center (6514 N. Peoria, Turley). Rovics is a tireless advocate for peace, social justice and human rights, and his political folk music is a soundtrack of our shared struggles for freedom. His latest release, "Troubadour: A People’s History in Song," contains eighteen songs about historical events from the 1780’s through Spring 2010.

TPF in Oklahoma City this weekend for PEACE FESTIVAL, SUNDAY

Three volunteers from the Tulsa Peace Fellowship will be travelling to OKC this Sunday, to staff a table on behalf of the group, at the annual Peace Festival.



Sunday, Nov 14th, from 11:00 am to 4:30 pm

at the Civic Center "Hall of Mirrors"

Two TPF members join intentional community in D.C.

Last month two of the active grassroots members of the Tulsa Peace Fellowship picked up sticks and moved to Washington D.C., to join the Dorothy Day Catholic Worker house, in that city.
