Oklahoma referendum questions, November 8th 2016 : ACLU recommendations

The TPF Steering Committee asks you to "Vote No on SQ776". If passed, the measure would grant the state of Oklahoma undo latitude in choosing methods of judicial execution, including dubious methods of execution that would violate 8th Amendment protections against "cruel and unusual" punishment. If you believe in limited government, vote against this state tyranny.
