The Guardian (UK) has put together some arresting graphics, most notably a month by month tally of civilian deaths due to war in Iraq compared to a tally of coalition forces that died in this foreign war. The figure quoted for total civilian deaths is around 120,000. The Guardian apparently bases this number on corroborating information from Wikileaks.
