"Teach In" on Afghanistan

beginning at 7:00 pm

presenters:

Jeremy Kuzmarov (T.U. History) : The history of U.S. involvement in Afghanistan and the wider region
Drew Wood (T.U. History) : The costs and projected costs of the war(s) and present proposed buildup in Afghanistan
Mark Brewin (T.U. Communications) : The problems of media politics/coverage of U.S. foreign affairs
Tony Nuspl (Tulsa Peace Fellowship): A counter-argument to the Afghanistan escalation

Student presentation: The gender/womens' situation in Afghanistan.

This is being billed as a forum for faculty and, hopefully, for student input/discusssion. Others are welcome as well.
